Consisting of transparent pieces of carefully cut image layers, the work evokes a sense of somber inevitability. The pieces move gently with air flow casting water-like reflections on the floor. The immediate surroundings are pulled in by the shadows.
Along the spatial photograph is a poem by the artist, framed in silver:
In an event of Nothingness
A somber second exists
No longer than a breath
But stagnant, before the next
To pry a way –
A thought might enter
Take hold, in place
